Quick and to the point. Fixed my car asap. Took them a few days to have time for me to get my car in but once they got it they were fast. We droped it off thursday morning got it back Friday around noon. Needed a whole new front axle. They even fixed our clicker for free for us. They didnt ramble on a list of bs that needs to be fixed like most places do to try and sqeeze that extra money from you. Just fixed your problem heres your car thanks. First time coming here but will definitely be comeing back.
As I'm sure you all know, finding an honest shop that delivers quality work can be a long road.
'Hats off' to this place!
I had Mike and his team install a pair of headlamps into my Subaru which costed over $200. Now, 9 months later, I take it into Marysville Subaru because one of my headlamps burnt out already. I had a weird feeling about it, so that's why I took it to the manufacturer. After a quick review, they said it was in fact a wire harness that had melted because the headlamp was too close which means the bulb itself was installed incorrectly.
I called Mike to try and resolve this issue politely, but even after him trying to argue with me and speaking to a Subaru technician he still denied the fact it was his teams fault for a bad install. CRAZY! I opted from arguing and asked if he was going to pick up the tab or tell me to stick it and move on...
Had my '08 Tundra taken there to be serviced. Water pump was bad, needed a new belt and thermostat. Dropped it off the night before, they took it apart the next morning, told me what it needed, had the parts delivered that day and called to tell me it was done around 2pm.
Mike and the crew at M.F.A.R. are genuine and capable.
If I could rate this a 0, I would.
Now I am responsible for a $130 wire harness and install. Is that amount of money worth losing a customer over and receiving multiple 1-star reviews? I don't, but he does apparently.
You Won't Be Sorry!
Easy Day.
Remember the feeling of an auto garage that was laid back, easy going and made things simple. You match that with knowledgeable staff who work hard to do the job right in a timely fashion.
Moved here from out of state. Needed service for my 2012 Nissan Armada. Saw the good reviews for Monroe Foreign Auto and thought I would give them a try. They did a fantastic job and now I will only use them for both of my vehicles in the future. Reasonable prices, personable and friendly service and they don't try to upsell you. Awesome place!!!
