If I could give Dr. Marks more than five stars I absolutely would!! Quality Family Dentistry forever has my respect, appreciation and loyalty, for its willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Quality Family Dentistry is by far the best experience I have ever had getting dental work. Having come into this with a severe anxiety of dental work I was very pleased to find how gentle and thoughtful Dr. Marks and all his staff are. I first came in for a very deep cleaning, it had been at least six years since I had seen a dentist and they were quick, efficient, and thoughtful about my fears. I then went in to have a number of fillings done and was treated with the utmost patience, kindness, and was allowed to do whatever I needed to make the experience as pleasant and safe as possible. The office is also very beautifully kept and has a relaxing pleasant and modern atmosphere. Missy, at the front desk, is wonderful as well, funny and friendly and quick. I'll never go to another dentist again, and HIGH,Y recommend them. Way to go Quality Family Dentistry!
I suffered a dental emergency after hours on a Friday night, which was acutely painful. A significant portion of my tooth cracked and broke, leaving the nerve exposed. I do not have a regular dentist, which was an immediate barrier as I sought somebody who could see me on an emergency basis.
I could not be more pleased with Dr. Marks. I've had many dentists over the years, and he is by far the best. He gives each patient all the time and attention they need, and does everything he can to make sure you'll have as painless and comfortable experience as possible. I love that after any procedure more significant than a simple filling, he calls and checks on his patients later that night. I've never had a dentist do that before. I also really appreciate all the effort he is going to to remodel the location he's in to make it more homey and relaxing for his patients. It both sets a great mood for his practice, and tells me he intends to stay at this location for some time. After enduring a string of dentists who set up shop, took me on as a patient, then moved away a year or two later, I love knowing he will be my dentists for some time to come.
I had been to Quality Family Dentistry prior to Dr. Marks owning the practice and I was okay about it, but was always putting off any procedures I needed to have done. When I met Dr. Marks and his wife, Lauren, for the first time I felt encouraged. As time has gone on and I have had quite a few procedures done, I am very pleased. The whole staff is very friendly, Missy, at the front, has always been great; Lauren always cheerful and welcoming, and Dr. Marks very capable and very kind and gentle. They are very committed to their patients and always concerned if there are any problems. I have recommended them to anyone and everyone and will continue to do so.
Best of all, he was able to provide me with a successful, narcotics-free solution for managing the pain. I am so grateful to Dr. Marks and his wife Lauren, for giving up their night off to help me in an emergent situation. I'm looking forward to having Quality Family Dentistry continue treating me in the future!!
I was very nervous about the pain, because as an addict in recovery, all narcotic pain medication is off-limits to me. I was also worried about the stigma of being an addict. My fears were groundless, as Dr. Marks treated me like a regular person, which is not always the case when you're an addict.
This old Marine had quite a bit of work done and Dr. Marks and staff were great. They went out of their way to take good care of me. Thanks to all of you!
Luckily, I was able to connect with Dr. Marks and his wife Lauren, who rushed to meet me at their Monroe office – despite the fact that it was after 10 p.m. on a Friday night! I have a robust fear of dental procedures, but their compassionate manner had me instantaneously at ease. Best of all, I was asked if I wanted to be greeted by their four-legged welcoming committee! As a dog lover, there is nothing better than canines to soothe frayed nerves.
He determined that the best course of action would be to extract the tooth, which he happily did, even though it was late at night. Every effort was made to ensure my comfort, and the procedure was complete by around midnight.
