If I could rate no stars I would put a big 0 Dow because they are bad!!! I would never recommend Providence they are bad. And they are very rude if haven't been there for like 3-4 years they expect you to remember the address and not understanding that can't remember because of moving so much and it's been so long they will not accept you unless you have the info they need even if you say. You can't remember they will not help!!!!!
And they've almost killed me idk how many times. They are a very bad hospital. I do not recommend anyone going here

This is a review for the urgent care part of the Providence Monroe- I went in with a moderate pain in a very private place. I was condescended to and treated dismissively for about 6 hours, a good 4 to 5 hours of that was spent sitting in the room waiting. When all was said and done I was told to just go to the ER next time I experience any kind of pain. You got that everybody? If you are in any kind of pain Providence Monroe Urgent Care would prefer you go to the emergency room.
I highly recommend UW you'll get better care there than Providence.
Had two visits at the walk in clinic and both times I had no wait. The providers were professional, sympathetic and caring. Great job.
Dr. Nalty changed my life! this rating for Providence is strictly due to her care. The clinic itself seems up to date and clean. But i am going out of my way to give this review because Dr. Deb Nalty is amazing. One of the things i appreciate most about her is that she is very thorough, and does not rush the appointment. She is also very intelligent, and can give detailed medical advise a long with easy to understand descriptions of how the body works.
I had a very positive experience with the Walk-In Clinic. Everyone was efficient and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Garges.
If looking for a good place to establish care. It would be the UW best place ever they actually listen and understand and willing to help and be there for you. It's about the patients there not the money
