I have gone to the Emergency Room a few times and have had the BEST experiences here EVER!!! They are ALWAYS very prompt and professional and caring (unlike going to an impersonal, methodical, production-line clinic/doctor). I am constantly impressed by the staff (administration AND health/nurses/doctors). THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND and EFFICIENT!!!
Very unethical place. Name says EvergreenHealth but wait, they don't honor insurance that all EvergreenHealth hospitals honor. Also, they won't tell you until that surprise bill shows up and then they threaten you into payment with no negotiation. There is no ethics in the practice of medicine at this disgusting place.
I went to the emergency room and 2 hrs total in there. I was treated well and cared for very promptly. Great staff
Waited for hours in the ER and then was told it would be hours before I could be seen.
