Tom and John are first-rate! I've been to other PTs that were good enough; Monroe Sports Therapy is teh best!

John is attentive and his determination to help my back pain has given me tools and exercises to use at home. The experience was excellent!

The billing for this provider is the worst - they failed twice to send in referrals for insurance purposes and seemed surprised that this was a requirement - even after being reminded. Costs are very high - and the "unit" system of billing was something never mentioned prior to me calling the billing department. Likewise, they charge the same rate for a Physical Therapist as for a PT Assistant - which makes no sense unless the Assistant makes as much money as the PT. Will not return to this provider and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

If zero was an option, that is what it would be. My mother had back surgery and was told she should go to physical therapy. She had Lee. The first couple times it was okay, but then he had someone in training with him and they pretty much talked the entire time as if she wasn't there. The trainee suggested a bridge, and Lee agreed. They weren't discussing any of the exercises she was going to do before she did them, so she didn't know exactly what a bridge was until after she did it. These people are trained in physical therapy and we put our trust in them to get us back in working condition. Since that day at physical therapy, the nerves that had been relieved after 3 major back surgeries in November are now pinched again due to inflammation. She had a cortisone shot today and hopefully that will help.

I was very satisfied with Therapeutic Associates, and my son became a patient as well. We highly recommend them!
