This storage unit company is HORRIBLE. We had our storage unit with them for almost 3 years. My husband got sent off for training in the Army sooner than we hoped and did NOT have time to move our unit to the state we reside in. After his 3 month training we came up to WA to move our unit on the 5th of October 2017 and informed them his orders are in another state. They couldn’t be bothered to even credit us 3/4 or even HALF the month with him having MILITARY ORDERS. They’re NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY OR SUPPORTIVE. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Our other storage unit company WAS MILITARY SUPPORTIVE and credited us THE WHOLE MONTH OF OCTOBER EVEN IN THE 5th of the month!!!! This shady company informed us “We cannot credit an amount that has already be charged” which it’s amazing how OTHER companies will for MILITARY FAMILIES!
Great location ,Very secure , Clean , Well managed , the Associate manager Julie Jones was very pleasant and answered all of my questions . I would not hesitate to use Storage Court of Monroe again .

Julie and Lisa and Monroe storage court are the best. Even when you screw up and leave the lock on your unit after closing your account they were gracious and kind. I've rented units 3 times here and will only store here in the future...great people THANK YOU.
