As far as fast food goes, this is about as good as it gets. There is some balance between fast and fresh. I especially like Jacks foe breakfast. The grilled breakfast sandwich comes with 2 eggs and is a little more like real food than some other options. I've started asking if they have any specials when at the drive up. They sometimes have two breakfast croissants for $4 but have no signage.
I find this place to be kinda slow. The usually don’t have enough cashiers and a lot of people end up just mulling around. The food is fine and the few times I’ve gone it has been consistent
Why the hell would it be advertised as a double then??
As I was trying to enter earlier, I just love this place. I take hubby to lunch, once a month. You go order your food, sit down and they bring your food to you. The food is awesome, better than any fast food place in Monroe and near by, bar none. And the food is way better than fast food!! This place again was real addition to Monroe. The employees are wonderful. I have never had a bad burger or experience there and although they have so many choices, I get my favorite Western Burger, without the Western! The burger is always perfect and melt in your mouth!!! The bacon is real and crispy bacon. Great burger, great place to eat. It was hot out and they had the a/c on the perfect temp. One of these days, I will get brave and order maybe something else, until then, it's the Western burger all the way!! If you haven't been there, try it. If you're a burger person, like I am, you'll love it!!
Does not seem to know the difference between a single western and a double western. I've ordered a double around 6 times and out of those 6 times I have gotten singles 5 times. Every time I go in and tell them the mistake that was made and it is fixed. This last time I was argued with and told that the double western 1/3lb only has one burger patty on it.
I grabbed my incorrect order and left as they were about to do something to try and correct it after about a 2 minute back and forth but I wanted nothing more to do with the shop.
Will not be back.
I have never had issues or raised my voice at someone in service but they truly were not listening to common sense or even looking at the pictures on the menu board right behind them, showing that they were in the wrong.
Terrible I thought a franchise would be held to some kind of standard. Cold curly fries in my regular french fries which were also cold. My iced tea tasted like it was a week old. Do yourself a favor and avoid this poorly run franchise. Just a really awful experience.
